Accessibility Info

Our festivals are committed to making the events accessible to everyone. The festival is held outdoors.  There are sometimes great distances between parking lots, camping, and stages. The campgrounds and festival grounds are a combination of concrete, asphalt and natural terrain. There will be an elevated viewing area at the main stage for those with mobility limitations. An Access Center  with professionally trained staff will be set up next to the info booth at both entrances to assist at the event who can answer all questions, provide wristbands for the viewing platform, and additional services listed below.

What accessibility services does the festival provide?
Our Access Centers with staff that can provide information about our accommodations:
  • Raised Accessible Viewing platforms.
  • Accessible Viewing options with chairs we provide.
  • Accessible Restrooms
  • Mobility Device Charging locations
  • Inclusive schedules, such as Braille, Large Print and Dyslexic Friendly
  • ASL Interpreted Shows
  • New this year- The Access Oasis- a place designed for our fans to get cool and rest between shows – in two locations!
  • Renew You- our space for our neurodiverse patrons to grab some quiet and rejoin the action.
How do I access the seated viewing area(s)?
When you enter the festival grounds, visit our Access Center to obtain an Access Program wristband,  this allows you access to the Accessible Viewing Areas and platforms.
There are Accessible Viewing Areas are located in GA sections, VIP and in Top Shelf VIP. You must have the appropriate wristband to enter these areas, VIP or Top Shelf VIP.
Like all areas of our show, the Accessible Viewing Areas are first come, first served. Due to record attendance this season, DWP has a policy that one Access Program patron is allowed one companion with them into these areas - this also applies for our patrons that use our ASL Interpreters to enjoy the shows.
Chairs will be provided on the Accessible Viewing Platform and in the Ground-Level Accessible Viewing Areas. We ask our fans to respect each other and therefore we do not allow saving or reserving seats or areas on the platform.
Once it’s determined that an accessible viewing area is filled to capacity (including adequate aisle space for entering and exiting the area), the area will not be available for additional entry. To find these areas, stop by the Access Center and keep an eye out for the Access Program Map - coming soon!
What services do you provide for deaf/hard of hearing fans?
We welcome all fans, including those that use an ASL Interpreter to enjoy the shows.
Fans that are Deaf/Hard of Hearing can request an ASL Viewing wristband at the Access Center. There are several members of the ALL IN team that are fluent in ASL!  This wristband, like the Access Program wristband indicates that a fan and one companion are eligible to enter the ASL viewing areas.
If you would like to request an ASL Interpreter, please submit a request form HERE. Please make your requests as early as possible so our ASL interpreters can best prepare. The ASL interpreter request form will close one month prior to the festival. Note: while we will do our best to accommodate all ASL set requests. The earlier the request is made, the easier it will be for us to accommodate. All interpreter requests will not be guaranteed, and are subject to change.
If I use a mobility device, will I be able to get around?
Our festival is newly designed for 2025. It features many more newly tarred and paved pathways for ease of movement. There will still be distance to travel from stage to stage.
The ALL IN team at the Access Center will be able to direct you to the best route to stages, platforms, and activations. The Festival does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push services within the festival grounds, and do not have any kind of wheelchairs for rent or loan.
Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by fans with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, please note that guests may not use personal golf carts, all terrain vehicles, two wheeled scooters, or power driven mobility devices that move faster than a walking speed. Powered wheelchairs may also be charged at the Access Center. Fans should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit. Accessible portable toilets are available at the ends of each bank of portable toilets throughout the festival venue.
Are service animals allowed?
DWP and ALL IN welcome all fans, including those that enjoy our events with the use of service animal.

DWP and ALL IN DOES NOT support pets being misrepresented by their owners as trained service animals. Pets must stay at home, no exceptions. This is for the safety of all our fans and your pet. A rocking music festival is frightening and stressful for an untrained animal.

Emotional Support Animals or Therapy Animals are not considered Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and therefore are not allowed into our venue.

A Service Animal is one that been trained to perform one (or more) specific task(s) for the person with a disability that it serves.

A few notes about bringing your Service Animal to the event:
  •  When passing through the gates you will receive a short & respectful screening by a member of the Access Team. A band will then be placed on the collar or harness of your Service Animal. This band is purely a visual alert to all our staff that you have already been screened and ensure that you are not stopped and asked multiple times in the different areas of the event. This tag is only for your ease of movement throughout the festival and is not a credential to get you into the festival. You must have a ticket/wristband to enter the festival.

Please Note: You will not be asked for any documentation for your service animal however, all canine service animals (including those from out of state) must have proof of current and valid rabies vaccination on them or with their handlers at all times. This is the only documentation that you will ever be asked for by ALL IN's Access Team. This is for the safety of all of our valued fans and in accordance with state law.
  • Your Service Animal must always remain with you & it must be your service animal.
  • Your Service Animal must be under your control at all times and have a collar or
harness and lead. If (for some reason) your Service Animal displays unsafe behavior of any kind, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the animal from the festival.
  •  There will be Service Animal Relief Areas around the event. Please stop by the
Access Center for locations. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their Service Animal.
  •  We reserve the right to facilitate removal and/or refuse access to any animal from the campgrounds or venue if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety threat to festival fans, staff, or other service animals, or in violation of our policies.
